Group Fitness Class Schedule
The schedule is subject to change without notice, so call and reserve your spot for any class on the schedule.
Group Training Prices
- 12 sessions a month, 3 times a week = $90 per month ($240 for all 3 month prepay discount)
- Unlimited on all classes a month = $120 per month ($320 for all 3 month prepay discount)
Personal Training Prices
Personal Training (payment plans are available for any package)
- 4 Sessions- $200 paid in full
- 8 Sessions- $360 paid in full
- 12 Sessions- $500 paid in full
- $275 for 2 payments
- 24 Sessions- 999 Paid in full
- $350 per month for 3 months.
REFUND POLICY : Once a payment for purchase of a package or service from Fit From The Ground Up Personal Training or Group classes is made, there will be no refunds allowed. “Make Progress… Not Excuses”
